How can I book a party?
Simply fill in the details on the party booking enquiry form and we will be in contact with you within 24 hrs to clarify any information and to confirm your booking.
How do I make the payment for the party?
 A $50 deposit is required within 5 days of booking the party; this confirms your party booking and is non refundable.  We understand however, that unexpected emergencies can happen and therefore we are happy to transfer your deposit to an alternative party date, based on availability. 
The balance is due at the time of collecting your party package. You will also be required to pay a $100 security bond before or at the time of collection. This is fully refundable upon the return of ALL items in the condition in which they were collected.
What if something gets broken?
All of our costumes and decor have been chosen with children in mind; however we understand that damage and breakages can occur. If this does happen the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your security bond. To minimise this occurring, we ask that you treat the items as if they were your own and understand that as a condition of hiring you are responsible for ensuring the children use the items appropriately.
When do I receive the party invitations and party tips booklet?
Upon receipt of the deposit a PDF is emailed to you containing the party invitations and party tips booklet. The invitations have been especially designed for each theme and are copyrighted to Imagine Children’s Parties. They are editing enabled to allow you to fill in the details of the party and then simply print them off on your home computer.

What is the minimum and maximum number of party guests?
The package price is for a minimum of 10 children, including the birthday child. The maximum is dependent on availability. Please contact us to check the availability. Extra guests are $7 per child; this includes extra costume, chair and place setting. Extra guest numbers need to be finalised 14 days before the party date. If we have not heard from you within this time it will be assumed that your numbers are the same as at the time of booking and you will be charged as such.
